Conflict Solutions & Consultation helps businesses and organizations solve the people problems that are affecting work processes and productivity.  We facilitate improved communication and constructive conflict management strategies through education, training, and real-time intervention as in when a workgroup or team is stuck in their own process and needs guidance toward a more collaborative one.

Conflict Solutions & Consultation was founded in 1994 by Dr. Steve Degelsmith. The company is based in the Los Angeles area and works with businesses and organizations in and around the Southern California area, including Orange County and San Diego.
